At SmileyTCG, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and securely. Please review our Shipping Policy below for details on processing times, delivery methods, and packaging standards.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods or special releases.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.


2. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Singapore.


3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted courier partners, which may include:

  • Local couriers (for Singapore orders)

  • International couriers such as TracX / EasyParcel / EMS / Registered Airmail (depending on destination)

Available shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size, and weight.


4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Rates depend on:

    • Destination country

    • Weight and dimensions of the parcel

    • Selected shipping method

SmileyTCG does not profit from shipping fees. Charges reflect courier and packaging costs.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch, not order placement.

Singapore

  • 1–3 business days

International Orders

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

  • Australia / Europe / USA: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • SmileyTCG is not responsible for delays or costs caused by customs authorities.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.


7. Packaging & Protection

At SmileyTCG, all items are packed securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

  • All cards are sleeved and top-loaded for maximum protection

  • Cards are reinforced with an additional protective cardboard layer to prevent bending

  • Booster boxes and sealed products are wrapped with protective materials such as bubble wrap

  • Parcels are packed carefully to minimize movement and reduce the risk of damage during transit

We treat every order with care and pack items as if they were part of our own collection.


8. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped (where applicable).

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.


9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, SmileyTCG is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays that occur during transit.

  • All parcels are checked and packed securely before dispatch

  • Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier upon collection

  • Any delivery issues, delays, or damages caused during transit must be addressed with the courier directly

While we are unable to take responsibility for courier-related issues, we will provide tracking information and assist customers where reasonably possible.


10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

  • SmileyTCG is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply if re-delivery is required.
