These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through SmileyTCG (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our online store are final.

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully completed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted, except where explicitly stated in these Terms & Conditions.

2. Packaging & Item Protection

At SmileyTCG, we take great care in preparing and packing all orders.

• All cards are sleeved and secured in top loaders

• Cards are reinforced with an additional protective cardboard layer

• Bubble wrap and suitable packing materials are used to minimize movement and reduce the risk of damage during transit

We take all reasonable steps to ensure items are dispatched in good condition.

Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, any damage caused during transit is outside of our control and must be addressed directly with the courier service.

3. Incorrect Item Sent

In the unlikely event that we send an incorrect item, buyers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing:

• Clear photos of the item received

• Order number and relevant details

We will cover the return shipping cost for the incorrectly sent item.

Once the returned item has been received and verified, the correct item will be shipped to the buyer.

No refunds will be issued. Replacement only.

4. Courier & Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier and a tracking number has been issued:

• SmileyTCG is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or mishandling caused by the courier

• Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier upon dispatch

• All shipments are made at the buyer’s own risk

• Buyers are encouraged to select shipping options that include tracking and/or insurance, where available

5. Customs, Import Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, GST/VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

• These charges are not set, charged, or controlled by SmileyTCG

• All customs-related fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer

• We are not responsible for customs inspections, delays, holds, or rejections

Orders that are returned, abandoned, or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

All items are securely packed prior to dispatch.

Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, SmileyTCG is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays during transit.

Any claims regarding lost, delayed, or damaged parcels must be made directly with the courier service.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on our store, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions – Sales, Refund & Shipping Policy, as well as our Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
